Roles: Cleans blood by eliminating liquid/fluid wastes (urea) to form urine. Transports the urine for the kidneys to the bladder for storage and excretion. Sustains adequate fluid balance. Balances acid/base levels through the production of renin and hormones. Assists in regulation of blood pressure, chemical and mineral balance. Body Parts: Kidneys, Bladder, Ureters, Urethra. 


Fruits - Apples, bananas, berries, blueberries, cranberries, cantaloupe, casaba, melons, cucumber, pears, pomegranate, watermelon.


Vegetables - Asparagus, beans, cabbage, carrots, celery, cauliflower, greens, potatoes, radishes, squash.


Other - Oats, macadamia
